Ah, coffee. You either need it, want it and can’t wake up without it… or you are a superhuman who will have to tell me their secret!
I kid, but there are definitely different feelings towards this staple in our culture. As a former barista I have a passion for the drink that can make me a little bit of a snob if I am not careful. There is just so much to know about the roasting process, location of the beans and various drinks I can’t help but want to learn more.
